Weight Loss Story

Let me relate a typical weight loss story. A middle aged woman joins this new weight loss programme and with in a month she loses 10 lbs and now she is in perfect shape. This might seem to be an ideal weight loss story but if we do a follow up on this story then it would be found that within a month or so that same women regained her original weight but this doesn't stop here..... She went on to gain some additional weight.
This might seem a joke to you but this actually happens. The lesson to learn from this story is that weight loss should be sustainable. The road to weight loss is a long one and one has to be persistent in his/her efforts to achieve long term goals. If you are not consistent then all your efforts are in vain.
So plan ahead and set different goals along the way. Start with small ones and when you have reached there where u want to be. You don't ruin all your effort by resorting to old habits but in fact carry on with your new routine to keep in shape and remain healthy. Only in this way you can achieve a sustainable and long term effects of weight loss.- sabir's blog
