Cardio Questions - Should You Perform Cardio After Strength Training?
As a trainer I get a lot of questions about the relationship between strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and fat loss. One of the old gym tips is to perform your cardio after a weight training session. There are times when this is a good thing and there are times when it is not. Here I outline some of those situations and I give some tips on how to achieve the most success when combining strength training and cardio exercise.
