Dr. Phil McGraw (Yes, THAT "Dr. Phil") was in Collin County Wednesday in spirit only, but sent a crew to our area to set up a sound stage at the Bill Bates Cowboy Ranch to film part three of the "Ultimate Weight Loss Race."
